Salary: £28K per annum + pension + 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)

We are working hard on managing the growth of our UK organisation and we are looking for an exceptionally well organised Senior Property Manager with experience in the property management industry to manage a portfolio of properties in the Southeast area. You will join a team of young professionals of property managers, guardian managers, quality assurance staff and sales staff. The successful candidate will be rigorous in their attention to detail and have experience working within the property management industry as either a negotiator or commercial operator.

 

Property Manager - Key Activities:

Commercial, technical and administrative management of a diversified portfolio of properties for a diversified group of B-2-B clients.

Client management, including focusing on up- and cross-selling of the Camelot Services.

A constant focus on ensuring the properties are compliant with all relevant H&S, HMO and FRA regulations and take corrective actions where and when needed.

Ensure supplier and property maintenance costs are recharged to the customer when appropriate.

Utility management - Liaising with utility companies and contractors.

Adhere to compliance procedures and conduct required checklists.

Manage a contractor network in order to achieve best possible economies of scale.

 

The ideal candidate must have the following experience / attributes:

 

Full UK driving licence (this is a mandatory requirement)

Excellent negotiation skills

Good knowledge of UK tenancy law, HMO, FRA, etc.

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent administrative skills

Exceptional organisational and prioritising ability.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good attention to detail.

Comfortable with working in a busy, target driven environment.

Capable of maintaining a professional manner at all times.

Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic to do a high quality job at all times.

A motivated and driven individual.

Expert skills on Office 365, Trimble-Manhattan or other relevant Property management and/or facility management software.
