Salary: £40K per annum + pension + commission

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recruitment and allocation of occupants to fill the empty spaces at a portfolio of properties. You will join a team of young professionals of property managers, guardian managers, quality assurance staff and sales staff. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and have excellent people and leadership skills, problem solving is your second nature, you have strong business acumen, the ability to drive a team towards generating new business, whilst simultaneously ensuring thorough data management. Working on financial targets is what thrives you. You will be a key member of the company’s success story. We are looking for a team player and relationship builder with a positive personality and the ability to sell!

 

Key Activities:

•                     Develop exceptional working relationships with stakeholders

•                     Maximise profit and achieve all financial targets

•                     Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1’s, reviews and meetings

•                     Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan

•                     Set and define priorities within the team in line with the business objectives.

•                     Ongoing support to the team; listening to concerns and representing them to the Managing Director.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

•                     Overseeing Diary & time management of the team members.

•                     Liaison with Marketing Department to finding ways to attract occupants.

•                     Organising digital (networking) events to generate interest.

 

The ideal candidate must have the following experience / attributes:

 

•                     MUST have demonstrable experience in leading a team to success.

•                     MUST have good legal knowledge on tenancy and business law.

•                     Experience in supervising and assuming responsibility for workload allocation, identifying development needs and performance planning and feedback.

•                     Consistent high achiever and demonstrable record of hitting targets.

•                     Passion for achieving sales success and solving operational bottlenecks and issues.

•                     A commitment to providing excellent customer service.

•                     Ideally, knowledge of the Void Security, Property and or Facilities management industry.
