This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in London. In this role you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting and constantly-evolving property industry and occupancy management business. This job will be focused on placing occupants (Guardians) into a portfolio of properties, so as to minimise voids and maximise property revenue.

Camelot is passionate about truly listening to our occupants to make housing more simple, affordable and manageable, so this role heavily relies upon a strong background in customer service and a desire to ensure that the best service is delivered to our occupants at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with occupants regularly to ensure smooth communications and effective management of issues relating to properties, the role will also include the effective debt management and recruitment of new occupants.

You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our occupants, travel to various properties across the Southeast & London and work with a diverse range of professionals. You will also be incentivized and responsible for growing our customer base and identifying new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes/ experience:

  • Must be personable and have good interpersonal skills.
  • MUST have full driving licence
  • Minimum of 1 years` experience in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills
  • A commitment to providing customer service.
  • Efficient and precise
  • Well organised, with an eye for detail and able to use own initiative.
