Empty Property Rates

As a result of legislation changing the rules on empty property rates in 2008, landlords now have onerous outgoings on their empty property creating a valuable opportunity for Make Space Pay to save landlords approximately 80% of their costs.

Several schemes have sprung up in the wake of the change in law offering ways to avoid paying the rates, but many are dubious and may be challenged.

Camelot are pleased to be able to offer the opportunity to reduce those heavy costs through our Make Space Pay service which uses legitimate and approved methods of mitigating those costs.
