CAMELOT EUROPE RELEASE FIGURES FOR 2011

Camelot Europe, the leading specialist in vacant property management, today release the figures for 2011.

Peter Habraken, CFO states: "Total group sales volume has risen from 15.3 to 20.1 million Euros, an increase of more that 32% this year. The number of employees has risen to above 200 with new offices opening in Rotterdam, Glasgow and Zwolle; immediately contributing to profit"

COO, John Mills adds: " Owners have realised that managing long term vacancy requires a well managed,  pro-active approach, making the Camelot Solution an ideal option. Camelot has created a 'One-stop shop' for certified vacant property management, minimising risks and maximising returns.

Particularly popular last year was our new service 'Make Space Pay', allowing clients to generate income during periods of vacancy. We offer an innovative, professional solution that creatively makes use of space for a variety of options including film shoots, exhibitions and external advertising. Additionally, Make Space Pay offers the opportunity to reduce Empty Property Rates by up to 80% through legitimate and approved methods.

Our Live-in Guardian concept is now well recognised as an efficient and greatly cost saving security solution. Furthermore, we are able to lower the costs of management and maintenance through our innovative  Energy Scan model."

In 2012 Camelot will invest in further growth and plans to open offices in Bristol, Berlin and Utrecht as the company expands.
