PROJECT
A relatively new apartment complex and a number of terraced houses, owned by Mitros, had to be demolished to make way for the expansion of the Nieuwegein shopping centre. It was decided to use Camelot's redevelopment zone temporary occupation service to prevent the area becoming a ghost town while the homes were vacant, and to discourage youths choosing to loiter in the area as a way out of their misery.
Guardians are taking the place of tenants until it is time for the wrecking ball to do its work.
