Furthermore, housing Guardians prevents buildings falling into states of disrepair with Camelot carrying out reactive and preventative maintenance when required by the client.

- Expected duration: from a few months to several years
- Utilities: list of trend in fixed and variable costs
- Number of Guardians (minimum, strategic or optimum)
- Rooms to be used, which are safe and accessible and which are not
- Presence of a shower/kitchen in the property
- Management of external areas, remote or in the centre of the town
- Other management and maintenance tasks to maintain the value during vacancy
