All these issues can be dealt with yourself or you can leave them to be dealt with by Camelot. Your property will then come under Camelot management under a management agreement. When Camelot takes on the property:
- Digital photos will be taken of the property in its original condition
- The meters will be read
- Window posters will be clearly displayed, showing that the property is in temporary occupation
- The rooms available for use and/or occupation will be clearly indicated
- Any damage to the property will be recorded
- Camelot will loan the property to carefully selected guardians and/or users until you have found another use for your property
- Camelot will perform periodic inspections and record the findings in a report
