Strict selection of Guardians

Camelot does not work with waiting lists or recommendations from existing Guardians. Instead we select Guardians who are considered suitable for a particular property. Many of our Guardians are key workers such as nurses and teachers; people with a sense of responsibility who will secure and look after your property.

We ask interested parties to apply for properties that are currently available via our website. You will only find properties on the website to which we cannot transfer existing Guardians.

Strict selection
Based on the applications for a property, our Guardian Management department will interview only those people who meet the specified criteria:

• Over 18
• Full time employment
• No criminal convictions

Every candidate needs to visit one of our offices for an interview and bring all the necessary documents so that they can be checked and photocopied. Motivation and attitude determine whether someone may live in properties managed by Camelot. Following the strict vetting process the Guardian will be offered a temporary license agreement to sign.
