Rights & responsibilities
As a Live-in Guardian you are an ambassador for the Camelot solurion that is active across Europe. As such, we expect you to look after the property responsibly and respectfully like you would a home. There are a number of rules and agreements that we will monitor, in return for a number of unique benefits that becoming a Live-in Guardian can offer you.
BEING A LIVE-IN GUARDIAN IS NOT THE SAME AS RENTING
As a Camelot Live- In Guardian you do not have any tenants' rights; you live temporarily in the property based on a Guardian License Agreement.
This agreement clearly sets out what we expect from you and what Camelot and the owner are responsible for. You will also be presented with the Guardian Guidelines film containing useful information and instructions. Since Camelot attaches a great deal of importance to safety, every Guardian is required to purchase a fire safety pack.
