My Castle Online Property Management
Camelot offers their clients direct access to their property portfolio through ‘My Castle', our online property management system. In ‘My Castle' a client can find all communication relating to their property, change contact details, read the most recent property inspection reports, request meter readings and read the maintenance incident history. All this is available via a secured web application.
My Castle is the interactive platform for direct contact with your Account Manager. You can ask questions about your property, request a proposal for other Camelot services and much more.
Camelot issues every client with a username and password which provides them with access to a personalised area of the website, where property details can be viewed. Clients can log into My Castle from the right-hand corner of the website.
