In general Camelot is looking for any residential, commercial, or industrial property located anywhere in the UK. The properties we will take on our books need to be wind and water tight, but also should have utilities in place (water, electricity). Examples of buildings we manage: empty schools, office blocks, industrial sites, former elderly homes, nursing houses, monasteries, churches, pubs and residential premises.
