Anti-squatting is considered, by many, as a very attractive way of living. You will get the chance to live in unique properties, normally unavailable to most people. Often the properties have a high cultural and historical value, such as convents or listed buildings. In most properties Guardians get a large room for a cheap monthly fee.
As Camelot manage each property on a temporary basis, you do not pay rent, but a monthly fee to Camelot. This fee is based on a quarter of the going market price in that area. This results in cheaper accommodation, in some of the most sought after locations in the country.
Adventurous Living:
If you are looking for certainty in terms of location and length of stay, then becoming a Camelot Guardian is probably not for you. We are solely looking for adventurous, responsible people who are looking for a living space and are able to move in quickly.
