Camelot manages thousands of square metres of vacant property across Europe. Our properties range from former convents filled with ancient frescos and carved wood panelling to a deserted RAF air base. We also manage villas, listed buildings and expansive industrial sites. Our main goal is to ensure that your property will not depreciate in value.
That is why, from when we started in 1993 until now, we value quality and transparency highly in our work methods. When handing over the keys of your property you place your trust in us and we make it our duty to deliver the service you require.
How we realise this:
- ISO 9001:2008 accreditation for Quality Management from the British Standards Institute (BSI) focusing on the key holding and Guardian vetting aspects of our service.
- All our front line staff are Security Industry Authority (SIA) qualified, and we have company wide SIA (ACS) accreditation.
- Clients have permanent access to their building portfolio information through 'My Castle'
